Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and impact assessments for key business verticals
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact visualizations and narratives to communicate future possibilities to stakeholders
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all future-planning frameworks
- Champion a culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling strategic narratives
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
