Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for clients in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives using predictive analytics and market modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (Master's required, PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
