- Develop scenario-based models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $10M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor futurist team and build external thought leadership networks
- Integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP)
