Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using proprietary HorizonAI predictive models
- Identify and analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum, bio-convergence, AGI)
- Architect innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Publish industry-defining research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with tech innovation focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML predictive modeling and data-driven forecasting
- Certification in Horizon's proprietary Foresight Methodology (or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
