Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Create scenario-planning models for high-impact uncertainty
- Drive innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or circular economy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
