Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Establish foresight metrics and KPIs to track emerging trends and competitive threats
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and scaling futuristic business models
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ industry transformations
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from foresight initiatives
