- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite to prepare for future business models
- Manage R&D portfolio for breakthrough projects with 5-10 year horizons
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities in current offerings
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Build external ecosystem with academic institutions and policy think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or foresight roles
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or climate adaptation
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
