Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal paradigms through 2030
- Develop and maintain proprietary foresight frameworks using data modeling, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Deliver executive-level briefings on emerging opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
