Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting our industry
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and futurist networks
- Build and maintain a comprehensive trend intelligence database
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
