Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for executive stakeholders and investors
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and trend spotters
- Integrate foresight outputs into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism role
- Proven experience developing strategic scenarios for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Published work in futurism publications or industry white papers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
