Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or innovation frameworks
