Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce forward-looking strategic briefs for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to pioneer emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical, socioeconomic, and technological signals impacting future business landscapes
- Design and implement foresight methodologies to quantify long-term market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning tools
- Outstanding presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
