- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and forecast 5-10 year market impacts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and risk mitigation
- Create strategic roadmaps for R&D investments in emerging domains like neuromorphic computing
- Advise executive team on ethical implications and regulatory landscapes for next-gen tech
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence domains
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
