Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on future readiness
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
