Responsibilities

- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Analyze global socioeconomic shifts to identify untapped opportunities and threats
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and future readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend analysis tools and quantitative forecasting models
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
