Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) with 3-5 year foresight
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence C-suite and external partners
