Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and industry trend reports
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFCS preferred)
