Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market discontinuities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling sessions
- Monitor and evaluate strategic implementations against predicted future states
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic foresight projects
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling tools
