- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct ethnographic research and behavioral modeling for emerging consumer segments
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in industry journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
