Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing for client transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive-level presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFPS) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Portfolio showcasing published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi technique facilitation
