As a key member of our Strategic Planning team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks and scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Represent the organization at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
