Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale future-ready solutions
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Deliver compelling future scenario presentations to stakeholders and investors
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, training, and thought leadership
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic foresight
