- Develop and institutionalize 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global futurist networks
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-readiness culture
- Oversee R&D pipeline prioritization for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercial innovation strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology-driven environments
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership on future of work/industry transformation
