Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market evolution and technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts using agile methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and change management initiatives
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products or services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field required
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives and future-shaping projects
