Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen products/services targeting 2026 market entry
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario analyses influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Establish "Future Labs" – immersive R&D environments testing human-tech symbiosis for 2026 use cases
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (patents/IP strongly preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies: Generative AI, spatial computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
