Responsibilities

- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational strategic goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders to drive decision-making and resource allocation
- Monitor emerging technologies through horizon scanning and competitive intelligence systems

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation initiatives
