Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or biotech innovations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
