Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global trends across technology, economics, and social dynamics through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market landscapes
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic decisions
