Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Present future-state roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI tracking for pilot programs
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports distributed to 500+ global partners
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Futurecastingā¢ methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or platforms
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., MFML, CFM) or equivalent
