Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to inform 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-facing solutions
- Create detailed scenario analyses and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and scale disruptive innovations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats to maintain strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) highly desirable
