Responsibilities
- Anticipate disruptive technologies and market shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Facilitate cross-industry think tanks with Stanford/MIT researchers and venture capitalists
- Author white papers on 2030+ futures for publication in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
- Lead prototype development for next-gen solutions using generative AI and blockchain
- Present foresight frameworks at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or trend analysis (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Experience developing C-suite innovation strategies for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ innovation grants or venture funding
