Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic roadmap integrating emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating future possibilities into strategic priorities
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and their implications for business transformation
- Design and implement strategic initiatives aligned with 2026 vision and organizational goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing actionable strategies from future-oriented insights
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or healthcare industries preferred
