Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions (AI ethics, climate tech, etc.)
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on exponential technologies or long-term societal trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on transformational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
