Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-year vision
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and predictive market analyses
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Establish key performance indicators for strategic foresight initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) highly valued
