Responsibilities
- Develop and validate 3-5 year strategic foresight scenarios using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Lead horizon scanning across emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech), geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural transformations
- Design innovation roadmaps that position the company as a 2026 market leader
- Translate complex future projections into executable business strategies for executive leadership
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through immersive workshops and strategic reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or future-focused innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, or related field
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
