Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socioeconomic indicators to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists while advancing our foresight methodology through research and development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated success translating complex insights into executive strategies
- Experience with foresight tools and platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform, Palantir)
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
