- Design scalable innovation pipelines aligned with UN SDGs and ESG criteria
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings for board members
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
