Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author quarterly "FutureScan" reports synthesizing technological, social, and geopolitical disruptors
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems using AI-driven pattern recognition tools
- Advolve on emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Build stakeholder alignment around long-term vision through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies and ethical foresight principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing strategic frameworks for 2026+ scenarios in tech, finance, or policy sectors
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform) and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or major industry journals
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent certification
