Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for systemic disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on forward-looking research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar publications
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
