- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications and influence policy discussions
- Oversee innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
- Integrate future intelligence into product development roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies with documented impact
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
