Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Produce trend analysis reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Design scenario planning models for 5-10 year business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) strongly preferred
