Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce whitepapers and forecasts published in FutureForward Journal
- Advolve on emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, etc.)
- Design resilience blueprints for climate and societal disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global forecasting network
- Present at industry conferences including TechHorizons 2026 Summit
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning and signal detection methodologies
- Published work in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, TrendMapper)
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions on long-term strategy
- Portfolio showing 3+ future-proofed initiatives implemented
