Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and strategic foresight principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic interventions based on foresight work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
