As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts, anticipate market disruptions, and develop actionable plans that capitalize on emerging opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports translating complex data into actionable strategies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Design and maintain horizon scanning systems for early trend detection
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
