- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated environments
- Build strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and WHO for joint innovation challenges
- Mentor 5-person foresight team in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of major tech disruptions (e.g., ChatGPT timeline)
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting tools (e.g., Metaculus, Good Judgment Open)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals with minimum 3 citations
- Proficiency in Python for trend analysis and data visualization (Seaborn, Plotly)
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
