- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for complex future uncertainties
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product development
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years applying strategic foresight methodologies in corporate or consulting environments
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven track record translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, APF) preferred
