- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Curate and host thought leadership events positioning the company as a future authority
- Manage cross-functional teams executing strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (GenAI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions, startups)
