Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong command of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies

- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 3+ years ago
