Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Monitor horizon scanning systems to identify emerging threats/opportunities
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futures Platform)
