As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop frameworks that balance technological advancement with societal impact. You'll lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure, decentralized governance models, and neuroadaptive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, predictive modeling, and horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Design resilience strategies for supply chains and critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior futurists on emerging technologies and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business strategies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
